During a five-month contract, I worked alongside a back-end developer and was tasked with building the remainder of the UCLH Biomedical Research Centre’s site’s user interface. I continued for an additional two years in order to further manage and expand the site using UX design methodologies, and focusing on wire-framing and high-quality designs. Due to the expansion, I brought on two junior web editors whom I trained and line-managed to run specific sections of the website. Furthermore, I have studied Web Development and User Experience to learn to code and have built a website from scratch using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
